As novices in the home improvement field, we depended upon your expertise every step along the way, and you did not let us down- from the planning stage, through tile and fixture selection, to final installation, you and your project crew were professionals in the truest sense of the word.
Work was done properly the first time, and it was completed in a timely manner. When we requested modifications to the original plan mid-project, you and they were most accommodating in making changes and doing it with a smile. When we left for work in the morning, we never worried about what we would find when we returned in the evening, including that our beloved Goldendoodle had been well-cared for in our absence. When the project was completed, the crew did an immaculate job cleaning up, leaving us with two glistening new bathrooms.

This is our second time that we have been fortunate to have enlisted Rose Arevalo in a home renovation. The first was 18 years ago which was completed in the stated designated time and as an efficient custom project. After purchasing our new home we knew we wanted to have Rose bid our project. I had our specs priced out by Rose and found that her price quotes were well thought out so that we would not incur surprises if we decided on her contract. Another quote that we received was practically open ended with the possibility of much higher costs. We also decided against using the large box stores construction services because of all the negative results friends have encountered. Our decision proved to be an outstanding choice. In a world where shoddy workmanship and poor service are all too common, Rose & Tom are a rare find. It is with great pleasure that we write a letter of recommendation for Tom and Rose of T-Square Construction, who recently completed an extensive renovation of our three bedroom condominium in Boca Raton. Our Renovation involved a complete updating of the kitchen, three bathrooms, all flooring, removing mirrored walls/ceilings, baseboards, closet doors, wall repair/skin and paint throughout.
After interviewing several contractors for our renovation we were introduced to Tom and Rose by our realtor. T-Square’s initial estimate was accurate in the scale and cost of our project. Any changes were quickly communicated and approved. In the case of our floors, actual costs were lower than estimated and Rose was quick to credit the difference.
T-Square is truly working for the homeowner to give you exactly what you want. Our job was done with care and precision. Their attention to detail left us with what we feel is a perfect home. We have lived in our house for 15 years. The house fell prey to a combination of built-in obsolescence, working owners’ neglect and water damage. We decided to renovate the kitchen and three bathrooms. Not being savvy about the hiring of general contractors nor about the parameters of their job description, we sought help from friends who recommended us to cabinet makers who recommended T-Square.
We can count on the fingers of one hand how many people you totally trust. Rose and Tom are two of those fingers. We were so happy with them that the job morphed into redecorating the master bedroom, repainting the house inside and out, new door sets and much more.
Tom was on site daily. There is nothing he cannot do. He is a jack of all trades, master of all. Tom did everything from repairing our patio screen to hooking up our new television, all with no discussion of recompense.
Rose was our constant solace. She has an understanding of how grueling and emotionally exhausting a renovation can be and was there to hold our hands throughout. Rose has an impeccable eye and sense of design. She spent hours and days with me making design and furniture choices, tasks above and beyond our contract and her job description.
Rose and Tom are detail-oriented. They never promised perfection but they certainly delivered it.
In sum, my family had decided to renovate our house rather than relocate. Thanks to Rose and Tom, we can eat our cake and have it, too. T-Square basically gave us a new home to live in and enjoy.

T-Square Construction does a great job. I have used them on my home for a kitchen renovation and misc. tons of little projects, and now they have completed a renovation on a condo I have purchased. The condo came out just as I had dreamed.
I have also seen work they have done for others and everyone is always thrilled with the results. Dependability, consistency, on time, on budget, plus Rose’s decorating eye and their ability to fix anything (and look amazing) is what T-Square brings to the table. In the past when I hired contractors (before I met T-Square), I got jerked around, work unfinished, workers working on other projects while on mine causing delays on my job, workers without licenses and insurance, poor quality…and a lot of stress on my part. It is not worth my time to babysit, and chase workers.
I am able to give T-Square Construction a key to the property and I don’t have to worry about who, when and what is going on in my homes. They keep me in the loop on what is going on and ask my input on decisions as needed; they stay on budget and deliver on time.

We first met Rose Arevalo owner of T-Square Construction Services ,LLC. when we moved to Florida permanently. The company had been highly recommended by neighbors in Boca West Country Club where T Square Construction had completed extensive renovation projects. We subsequently hired T-Square 18 years later to renovate our new home in Tivoli Reserve and we were again, very impressed with the quality of their work.
As a result, when our Community (Tivoli Reserve) decided to renovate the Men’s and Women’s Restrooms, I readily recommended Rose and Tom from T-Square. Our H.O.A Board required that we have three construction companies submit bids for the job. T-Square was chosen for several reasons. They provided detailed plans with line item costs and most importantly, demonstrated that they had listened carefully to the Committee’s concerns and objectives in undertaking this project. In addition, they were able to comply with our time restrictions which were apparent as the Rest Rooms are an important part of the Club House facilities.
Rose and Tom gave us a schedule and completed the work by the date that they had projected. Once again, their work was excellent and their attention to details was significant. One of them was always present to supervise their contractors all of whom were knowledgeable, professional, competent and reliable.

T-Square Construction just completed a full renovation of our 3 bedroom penthouse in West Palm Beach. The choice to select T-Square Construction was easy; 2 years ago they completed a full renovation of our living room and we couldn’t have been happier. Rose executes a very detailed planning process and becomes your project manager. There was no organizing and coordinating of contractors, vendors, etc. on my end because T-Square Construction takes care of all of that for you, which is invaluable. She responded quickly to every phone call, text and email. Tom and his staff were all respectful, prompt, neat, and skilled. The worked collaboratively with our very fussy condo management company. We undertook a major renovation of our home with Rose and Tom from T-Square construction, consisting of a complete redo and reconfiguration in the layout of our kitchen, along with a total renovation of 4 full baths and 2 half baths. We could not be happier with the results and our “new” home is even better than we imagined it would be when first decided to take on this project. Tom is an amazing general contractor who was present and on site throughout the project, and the quality of workmanship of Tom and his subcontractors is outstanding.
