Rose Arevalo brings decades of expertise in the construction industry. Having lived in South Florida for 30 years, she possesses extensive knowledge of the field’s complexities. She has successfully managed hundreds of projects, including renovations, additions, and new constructions. Rose’s design background is a significant asset, providing invaluable guidance to clients on space planning, material selection, color schemes, custom cabinetry, countertops, and flooring. Her deep understanding of products and materials has played a key role in helping clients make informed and valuable  decisions.  She has been certified as an Aging in Place specialist.

Tom Daugherty, a State Certified General Contractor, has been a South Florida resident for over 40 years. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Construction Management.  He was a  Project Manager for Boca Developers and Gryphon Construction, he oversaw the construction of high-rises across the tri-county area. At T-Square Construction Services Inc., Tom has completed hundreds of residential remodels and build-outs, showcasing his expertise and dedication to quality construction.
